Melancholic Sky

Melancholic Sky

It is a strange feeling that happens to me at times.  Whenever I feel famished or rather too full while on the course of traveling I get weird sensation which requires a little attention.  It is the same reaction when I tried to view this shot of mine.  Tilting photos has the tendency to lull me to sleep.

It is really remarkable looking at the effect that photographs have on people. It is not easy to forget the impact that they can bring to us. For me that is one of the greatest things about photography, you can get emotions from people.

There is something very romantic about looking at photographs. With the online world which allows us to shop online, play foxy bingo with people all over the world, we can also have access to photographs like this. It is a chance for us to view other people’s work and get inspiration from it and they can do the same with ours. Thank you for viewing my Melancholic Sky.

I lie beneath a melancholic sky,
encased in a veil of opaque tears,
all thoughts and dreams gradually die,
slow scant raindrops cleanse my distant fears.
{Ali Wilde. I lie beneath a melancholic sky}

This is my very first TTV (Through the Viewfinder) experiment. Grateful to Ai and Leah for the artistic inputs.
